Mr. John Daily of Jackson Hole Investigations Inc. was engaged by the State of Wyoming to investigate the chain of events that transpired at Racks Strip Club in Casper Wyoming the evening/morning of Oct 3/4 2013. During trial Mr. Daily was one of the defenses main expert witnesses. John Daily's report was rejected by the prosecution to insure probable cause charges were maintained by the state. Daily was permitted to reference the report during his testimony. The defense never attempted to submit the report into evidence after Daily's testimony during trial. The report in its self exonerated Knospler and substantiates his claim of self defense. Another of many instances of inadequate counsel that have surfaced in the case.
